What makes it so special renting our condo?
There are plenty of hotels, condos and houses around Orlando that you can book. You can find cheaper and (much) more expensive than ours. But there are some unique advantages renting our condo, below are some things that make us so special:
- Few condos are so spacious, having such a high standard (Platinum rated), and are as well equipped as ours.
- The opportunities to spend time together with Your family, both inside and out on the large balcony is perfect, as is the possibility withdrawing into your own bedroom and get some peace and quiet after hectic days in Orlando.
- The resort, Bahama Bay, where the condo is located, is one of Orlando's absolutely most lavish and well-maintained Holiday resorts. It is completely safe for Your children. You and Your children will find a lot of things to do without even leaving the Resort.
- If you book by us we will share ideas and give advice both before and during your stay. We want Your dream Orlando holiday to be a fantastic memory for the rest of Your life.
- By renting directly with us you save 10-15% in service fees that normal rental sites charge.

Total Cost
The total cost will be the rent from above plus a departure cleaning of $140, on top of this sales and tourist taxes of 12% will be added.
Example: 4 nights * $120 rent = $480 + $140 cleaning = $620 before tax.
Add +12% tax, 1.12*620 = Total Cost of $694.40.
When you stay more than a week your daily rate will be: weekly rate / 7 * number of nights.
Payment
We ask for 25% of the total cost to be paid at time of the booking and the balance 45 days before arrival. Booking is NOT completed until this payment is completed.
The remaining balance of 75% to be paid at 45 days prior to arrival.
We are using TransferWise for overseas payments as it is very safe and cost efficient for you, but we also accept PayPal for a small convenience fee. Guests from the US can pay with US Checks, PopMoney, or PayPal or eBank Transfer.
Cancellation rules
Free cancellation for the first 72 hours after booking is completed:
After 72 hours following rules applies relative arrival date:
- Canceling the booking up to 45 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Canceling the booking less than 45 days before arrival: No refund of the deposit.
- Canceling the booking less than 30 days before arrival: 50% of the balance will be refunded.
- No show, no refund.
- If you decide to shorten your stay after check-in: No refund of the rental costs.
Special rules apply during Mar/Apr and Christmas/New Year holidays.
Change of dates for your stay
If we still have availability, we are happy to adjust your dates so it fits your travel plans.
Force Majeure
If a situation would occur leading to our condo is inhabitable (water leakage etc) at time or arrival or during your stay, our management company, Vacasa, will arrange for alternative accommodation for you. Unlike most other rentals, you will NOT be stranded and left alone in Orlando middle of the night.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in from 4:00PM (16:00)
Check-out latest by 10:00AM (10:00)
Front desk is open 24/7 allowing check-in at any time.
Minimum age for booking and checking in is 24 years.
